"The idea that people change. The child eating paste isn’t the accountant on Monroe Street. Does the child cease to exist?"

H.X. Sin opens the door to the mind of the next generation.

If Fight Club was for Generation X then If Kisses Were Bullets... is for Generation Y. This is a character with ideas that only those of us born after 1975 could understand.

The nameless main character ponders the world around him torn between his loathing of human nature and his desire to lead mankind away from its own destruction.

H.X Sin brings art back to the novel.

"Liz rolled on top of me, kissing my neck. I was still somewhere else, lost in thought processes but she was straddling me. When she began to undress, like most men, my higher brain functions ceased. All of my resources were diverted to physical and visual stimuli. Next thing I knew, we're having sex. I knew the situation was off or at least I should have thought it was off. My suit for the funeral was hanging in the corner. My mother died not thirty feet from where I was. I was having sex with the passing girl. We were making noise to drown out the sounds of pain."
